Returns Policy


If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from WUSEI, you can return any new or unused items within 30 days. Please note that ceramic products are fragile, so ensure the outer packaging is reinforced, and the original box is retained when returning the item. To qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned in its entirety, including all accessories and packaging materials. The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Once the return is received, we will process your request within 3 business days.
